Teachings Of A Sith: Morrell Chronicles Empty
PostSubject: Teachings Of A Sith: Morrell Chronicles   Teachings Of A Sith: Morrell Chronicles Icon_minitimeThu Jan 22, 2009 11:49 am

"Darth Arachnos" The voices screamed out, "Please, Awaken" It had been some time since Arachnos had started sleeping once again. Yes, some time since his insomniac ways were cured. Having now the control to keep those terrible lords' words out of his mind. Through his eyes Arachnos peered out toward the awaker. "Sir, You ordered me to awake you when we landed." The young officer shivered as the last words escaped his lips. Arachnos forced his body to be upright, he then looked at the officer. "Gather the crew, tell them to set up camp outside the ship." Pausing for a moment. "I'll be out their within an hour or so, I must warm up. That should be enough time to set up camp." He stood up, clearly he wanted the officer to leave. Although the officer spoke, "Anything else.." In that instance, Arachnos turned having his eyes meet heavily with the boys. "Leave."

One hour had passed, Arachnos stood in the middle of a room. The room looked to have been crafted for the training of sith. It had been decorated with many markings of the sith. Some of which that could be traced to the ancient language of the sith. Strange to find such markings incorperated into the metal of a ship.

In the hour that had passed, Arachnos had clearly toned his skills. As he made his way out of the vessal, He found a camp, The camp had equipment set up infront of the ship. Some may ask why, why set up a camp right outside a ship? You see, Arachnos had many crew members on his vessal. Most the space he had was for beds, The only rooms left were for weapons, armor, and all the equipment which makes up the camp that now stood infront of him.

Arachnos now stood at what looked like a holigraphic image of Naboo's capital city. He smiled and looked at the city, To find a someone in the force within such a city.. would be very difficult. And along with that, he might not even be within the city. This was the reason for all the equipment, each had meaning or a reason for being in the camp. And each had a specialist to work with it... After the long silence Arachnos spoke out toward the gather crew of around two dozen. "As you know this mission is a search mission, We are looking for any that may be force sensitive. Now, I will lead in searching on foot through the city. While you will all search other cities, Hacking databases and such finding those cities who have had 'strange' incounters with what could be the force." He paused for a bit of air, and looked at the crew making sure they were listening intently. "Now, Has my transport to the city been arranged?" He looked at the same young officer who awoke him only an hour before. He quickly said, "Yes, It arrived around ten minutes ago." Arachnos said "Good, One last thing, If you find a force sensitive. No matter the age bring them with you, Kill parents, family members, Anything to have them come with you. Just do not involve the Naboo's police. If you find someone who has been trained already as a Jedi, or perhaps is a jedi in hiding... Please report to me as fast as possible, Over the comlink." He finally stoped and left one last note. "Good, Then any questions." Not a soul spoke, Each and everyone was listening intently to their Masters orders. "Good, Good. Then let the search be under way."

Within the a few hours, around two transports made their way back to the main camp. Both of which brought around two or three possible force sensitives.

Arachnos made his way through the streets of Naboo's capital city. He felt many things within the city, although he could not penpoint even one. He had a strong feel for a bar, walking in he found a man not asking his name he walked up to him. He asked him a few questions about strange powers, he tested the mans character.. He turned out the man had never heard of the force.. Arachnos quickly left his side, and continued to search broad through the cities commercial areas..

Teachings Of A Sith: Morrell Chronicles Empty

Twisting the walking stick in his hand, Hunter leaned against a tree as he observed a pod of aiwhas. He had learned about them from the old hermit back on Glee Anslem, but had never seen an actual drawing or picture of them. These particular ones seemed to be domesticated because they had taken notice of him, but didn’t seem to be even remotely frightened. Edging forward, Hunter froze when one of them picked its head up and looked at him. Continuing, Hunter slowly made progress forward.

Maybe I can tame it, even though it already seems tame enough. If I can persuade it to take me to the nearest city, I can perhaps find some means to get food so I don’t starve.

When he reached the aiwha, he reached the first one and slowly reached forward, placing his hand on the snout of the majestic creature. Immediately, the aiwha closed its eyes and made a slight purring noise. Grinning, Hunter reached forward with his other hand and rubbed its head, taking notice of the other aiwhas’ movements carefully. Reaching out with his mind the way the hermit had taught him, Hunter made contact with the aiwha. Except for a puzzled sound that emanated from the throat of the aiwha, it gave no reaction. Hunter projected calming thoughts in its mind as he moved slowly to its back, hopping on. As soon as he had settled, the aiwha rose into the air. Startled, Hunter sunk low to its back, but became accustomed to it quickly. Soon, he was looking around as the aiwha slowly moved forward. Still in contact with its mind, he projected a picture of a city and immediately saw a change of course as the aiwha turned to where it knew a city was. Turning his head, Hunter glimpsed the rest of the pod following closely. Soon, a city appeared in the distance and steadily grew. A small lake lay right beside it and ran into canals that led deeper into the city. As soon as they reached the lake, Hunter felt something. An unscratchable itch at the nape of his neck prickled and Hunter frowned. Something of immense importance was in the city and he had to find it. Petting the aiwha once last time, Hunter swung his legs over the side of the aiwha and leaped off, angling his body so that he could penetrate the cold surface of the lake with the least resistance. Plunging into the bright, clear waters was a welcoming prospect for Hunter. If anything approached him, he could see it long before it got close enough to attack. Thankful for his upbringing in the swamps of Glee Anslem, which gave him much swimming practice, he quickly cut through the water, reaching the canals of the city without incident. Surfacing once situated inside the city, he climbed the walls and, after making sure nobody was in site, hopped the railing and started walking towards the area the signs indicated as the market center.

It had beens hours since he had left the main camp, He had gotten a few reports of findings. But, still yet Arachnos had found nothing that resembled a true force sensitive. Arachnos was getting dangerously close to giving up, and leaving the search to his crew. Who were all clearly having much better luck then himself. Moments after these thoughts occured, screaming came from the south. It would seem some boy was indulging himself in the thiefs life. As the sith turned to see the boy running for dear life. He laughed as the angry shop owner chased the boy with a home made meat cutter. As the boy passed, Arachnos felt something powerful. He could not be sure it was the boy, or something very near.

He quickly made his way infront of the boy.. he grasped him by the arm, and threw him to the ground. Being that they were in the market place, It was rather clear that they were being watched heavily. The shop owner said "Thank You Kind Sir, This magician some how floated food out of my back room to his hands... And then ran with it!!" The shop owner paused to slap the boy over the head. Arachnos took the moment to speak, "I'm sorry, but hes coming with me." At first his voice seemed so kind, but when the man refused him Arachnos changed. "I said.. Hes coming with me.." This time it was quite clear he was not going to allow the boy to leave his site. And again the meat cutter said no, and grabbed the boy. When his fingers touched the skin of boys neck, Arachnos put his hand out in a weird sign language of sorts. As the man started to choke, Arachnos lifted his hand a bit higher... picking up the defenceless shopowners body in the air.

The crowd starting to scream in the defence of the shopowner, Arachnos decided to let the man live. Releasing his force grip upon the man. He stood their smiling as he ran for his life back to his shop. Leaving the boy alone with the evil known as Darth Arachnos.

He turned and grasp the boy, asking him to tell him all he knew about the force.. the powers he had used to gain the meat in his hand.. and further more. He said a few more things before he started to talk to the main camp about a transport. Around twenty minutes later the boy found himself on his way to the main camp, leaving Arachnos sitting quite near the area where he found the boy. Hoping that maybe chance would come twice...
